At Lakewood Ranch Hair Salon, our goal is to provide every guest with exceptional service in a welcoming, relaxing environment. These policies help us respect everyone's time while ensuring each appointment receives the attention it deserves.
Appointments
Appointments are recommended to ensure your preferred stylist and service time are available. Walk-ins are always welcome when a stylist has availability.
If you are unsure which service to book, please contact the salon and we will gladly help you schedule the appropriate appointment.
Some services may require a consultation before booking, including corrective color, major color changes, hair extensions, platinum blonding, fashion colors, and keratin smoothing services.
Consultations allow your stylist to evaluate your hair, discuss your goals, estimate appointment time, and provide pricing recommendations.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving early allows time to check in and begin your consultation without feeling rushed.
If you are running late, please call the salon as soon as possible. Depending on your arrival time and the services scheduled, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to remain on schedule for other guests.
Cancellations & Satisfaction
We understand that schedules change. Clear communication helps us offer appointment times to other guests and gives our team the best opportunity to support your salon experience.
Guest Guidelines
Professional retail products that are unopened and in their original condition may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations unless the product is determined to be defective.
Service pricing varies based on hair length, hair density, time required, product usage, stylist experience, and service complexity.
Your stylist will discuss recommendations during your consultation. Additional services requested during your appointment may affect the final price.
We love families and welcome children receiving salon services. For the comfort and safety of all guests, children who are not receiving services should remain supervised at all times.
Because salon equipment and chemicals are present throughout the salon, unattended children are not permitted in work areas.
To help maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that only guests receiving services remain in the styling area whenever possible. If you need to bring someone with you, please contact us before your appointment.
Please keep personal belongings with you during your visit. While we make every effort to provide a safe environment, Lakewood Ranch Hair Salon cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
From time to time, we may photograph completed hairstyles for our website or social media. We will always ask for your permission before taking or sharing any photos.
If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, we kindly ask that you contact the salon to reschedule your appointment. This helps protect our guests, stylists, and staff.
We accept most major forms of payment. Gratuities are always appreciated but never expected.
Gift certificates are available and may be used toward salon services and qualifying retail purchases.
