Before Your Appointment
To help us provide the best experience possible, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment, bringing inspiration photos, and sharing any previous color services, chemical treatments, or at-home products you have used.
The more we know about your hair history, goals, daily styling routine, and maintenance preferences, the better we can customize your service.
Every appointment begins with a thorough consultation. Your stylist will discuss your hair goals, current condition, texture, density, face shape, lifestyle, home styling routine, maintenance schedule, budget, and future appointments.
We believe beautiful hair starts with great communication.
If you are planning balayage, platinum blonde, color corrections, major color changes, fashion colors, or extensions, a consultation may be recommended before scheduling your full appointment.
This allows us to evaluate your hair, discuss realistic expectations, estimate timing, and provide accurate pricing.
Helpful items include inspiration photos, pictures of your current hair in natural lighting, information about previous color or chemical services, and any questions you have about maintaining your new look.
During & After
Our salon is designed to provide a welcoming atmosphere where you can unwind while your stylist focuses on creating a look customized just for you. We encourage open communication throughout your service.
Policies
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another guest.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit for future bookings.
Please call us if you are running behind. Depending on your arrival time and the services scheduled, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other guests.
